Fantastic opportunity for a senior Strategy Director to sit on the management team in a specialist, fully integrated communications agency, focused on cycling.
As part of the management team, you will embed strategy across the agency, upping the strategic rigour of all aspects of the business – being responsible for the quality of the agency’s strategic output. This will include leading strategic initiatives on major clients and pitches.
You will develop a vision for the Strategy & Insight function, which informs a plan to elevate and evolve the research product. You will implement structural, process and technology changes to enable those plans, and cultivate and develop client relationships – becoming a trusted advisor on their communications strategy and execution.
You will bring extensive experience working in a strategic or planning role within an agency (preferably) or within a client-side marketing team. You will have spent a number of years specifically developing marketing and/or communication strategies and plans for brands. You will have experience working with well-known brands and can demonstrate how your ideas have made a tangible difference to campaigns or business performance. An interest or passion for cycling is essential.
