This would be working with a multidisciplinary creative agency who have digital at the core of everything they create. They’re a team of roughly 50 people who are all commercially minded.
The role of the Senior Art Director is to come up with concepts which span campaigns, films, brand guidelines etc. You will manage a team whilst also being hands-on (going on shoots, storytelling in stills).
The ideal candidate is someone who can shoot as well as have big ideas. Being collaborative and having cultural references to bring to the table is a plus.
