You would be joining a growing, young, independent and fast-growing agency so this is an excellent opportunity for someone who is entrepreneurially minded and excited about building an agency as much as working in one. You will be an entrepreneurial and creatively-minded individual to join a team where you will be given a large amount of responsibility so it’s important that you are comfortable working across multiple projects, both in teams and independently.
You will have experience working on brand, social, content, and digital strategy, developing concepts and making ideas into exciting and effective creative campaigns.
You are highly collaborative and confident, with a background working in both small and big agencies.
You will have a deep knowledge of human behaviour and a keen interest in culture and social trends, with an ability to turn data and your own research into simple insights that contribute towards the strategic direction of client work.
You will have experience running your own research and group workshops and you will be comfortable presenting your ideas to clients.
