Therefore, you will have that hunger to succeed and will also be a creative thinker and a problem solver at the same time. As a middle-weight creative you will have a relevant design degree with relevant agency experience with an excellent portfolio that demonstrates your ability to think intellectually about design problems and the ability to flex these ideas across the different channels of a brand.
