The Head of Paid Media helps guide the strategy and implementation of our client’s integrated paid media offering across digital and traditional media channels. This role reports to the Executive Director, Distribution and is tasked with running the Paid Media team and identifying opportunities to improve and scale overall media performance.
This role is absolutely critical to their continued success. You will develop and execute the overall paid media vision throughout the entire company. You will lead planning efforts for all their clients and in their new business efforts, and you will be an inspirational leader for their team and in the wider agency.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate is an outgoing and engaging subject matter expert with exceptional integrated media experience building a team from the ground up, and very strong inspirational management experience, as well as proven experience working on a broad spectrum of clients, and working knowledge and expertise in media planning and/or communications planning.
