Being a Creative Director here will take you in different directions with a mixed client base, stretching any individual to learn new territories and areas of design. Their leaders all want to be challenged and grow continuously which keeps their creative at the highest level around.
It’s a position of autonomy, constantly driving branding and its capabilities to the limits. Nurturing talent is a key ingredient of the role and the business is growing consistently each year both in head count and in turnover.
You’ll be at the top of your game and looking to push further. You’re able to grow clients and bring in business, manage teams and coach at all levels. Identity systems and brand architecture, tone of voice, copywriting, and strategy are all part of the skillset needed to join the company, with an urge to do more with brands than anything that’s been done before.
