Our client is an inside-outside brand. They put their people at the heart of everything they do. Internal communications plays an important role in nurturing and strengthening their special culture.
The Communications team is responsible for bringing their brand to life through developing engaging content, operations and communication to enable management teams to run their restaurants brilliantly and to support the business in communicating key strategic narratives.
- Champion strategic narratives through a calendar of events, content and communication
- Engage with leadership teams to align key narratives in communication across the business
- Work closely with the Compass team to develop narratives for meetings and events
- Work closely with Operations, Compass and People teams to drive engagement throughout the company life cycle
You will have experience in a communications role, preferably with both external and internal communications. You will need experience in a leadership role with multiple direct reports and you will be used to senior stakeholder management.
